Haley and Kat were super helpful and made the visit very enjoyable. Approachable and knowledgeable on everything they had in the store. I love this place and have been going for years and many more to come.

Seemed like there was a new girl there in training. She was so pleasant and nice! Told us about the sales that was going on, talked about hotcash, and also showed me where some wallets were. Wish they had a bigger selection, but nonetheless good experience. They got a keeper!

This store is one of the best stores to visit in the mall. Not only because of the interesting clothing and jewelry but because of the exemplary staff. While the website survey seems to be down for now I just couldn’t help but name all the staff who helped me and my friend out through the store. Scott made sure we got our online rewards while also helping us several times through the store, making sure to be available at any moment. Jace was exceptionally kind to my friend who was with me and made lovely ideal conversation while making sure that she got the discounts in the store. I’m running out of space and time but Aly, Haley and Aubz also were active and wonderful through the whole experience.

My girls have been shopping here for years. The employees are always super helpful and friendly. They make everyone feel welcome. It's a comfortable place to shop...even when my daughters are emptying my pockets lol

This really is one of the friendliest stores in the mall! I recently had a load of online returns to bring in, and Bee was super helpful about getting them returned and refunded. Will be returning!

This is honestly one of the friendliest stores in the entirety of the Destiny USA Mall. The associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized, and the team is knowledgeable about what they sell. I hope that the store checks these because they do not do the online surveys anymore at Hot Topic. I'd like to mention the associate Jasper in particular. Every time I shop in this store they are so friendly and kind, and are just an absolute delight to talk to. I'm an Assistant Customer Service Manager at my place of work and I wish that my associates were even half as customer oriented as them!

I tried to do the survey but it wasnt sent to my email!! Bee helped me at the store yesterday immensely. I came for jewelry and she gave me her expertise on the guage sizes for nose rings. I was about to choose something that wouldnt have fit for an event I have today. She went above and beyond and gave such wonderful friendly customer service

I purchased a few items at the store yesterday, and was never sent a survey via email, but wanted to make my opinions known nonetheless! The store's atmosphere is exactly right for their main demographic, and it is well-maintained as well. Most importantly, I wanted to give props to the delightful staff members working there, who were incredibly friendly and polite as well as being excellent help with selection. Thank you so much to, as the list I was given reads: Bee, Aubz, Kat, and Aly. I will absolutely be visiting again next time I'm in the area. :)

Friendly Staff. Five stars. I like this store. The staff on duty when I was there was very helpful, friendly. She was soo nice and knew alot about the products.
